In my PhD thesis which I obtained from the University of Bergen, Norway in 2007 I discussed strategies for overcoming implementation challenges of antiretroviral therapy in resource limited settings. I have over 30 peer reviewed journal publications, over 40 published abstract presentations, and I have contributed in several guidelines and policy documents.
